Guidelines

Researchers, professionals, and other experts from around the world are invited to contribute papers on the Conclave themes.

Full papers should be submitted by February 25th, 2024.

Authors must ensure original and plagiarism-free submissions

The manuscript should not be more than 5000 words. The Author may follow the format and Citation style according to the Springer Procedia template.
Best Paper Award
All submissions will be considered for eight best paper awards under the respective themes.
Proposed Publication
Some of the high-quality papers presented in the Conclave will be considered for possible publication in Scopus Indexed Journals/Book Series/Procedia of internationally reputed publishers like Springer/ Taylor & Francis/ Emerald/ Elsevier/ Inderscience/ CRC Press /Wiley. The authors are free to publish their papers elsewhere.
  1. 1) Springer Proceedings of Research Conclave on Global Transformation - Exclusively for AI and ML, Computation & Modeling, and Systems & Computing. The intimation from Springer is as follows "It is planned to publish the peer-reviewed and selected papers of the conclave as proceedings with Springer in their prestigious "Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering" series (https://www.springer.com/series/7818). For detailed instructions for author and editors of conference proceedings, kindly visit the following link: https://www.springer.com/us/authors-editors/conference-proceedings. Select papers from the conference will be published by Springer as a proceedings book volume. Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published. Springer Nature does not charge any money for the publication of Non-Open Access content. Abstracts/extended abstracts and short papers (less than 4 pages) are not considered for publication."

Attempts are also being made to Publish the paper presented at the Conclave by more Journals and Special Issues. The publication list will be regularly updated.
